Here’s a guide to help you understand what happens after you sign up for ClearShare.
From the moment you enroll in ClearShare, we strive to provide you with a level of high-quality, responsive service. You can start our membership at any time starting from the first day of the following month.
For example, if you enroll on June 23, the earliest you can start is July 1. But you can choose August 1 if you want – it’s up to you! We’ll send reminder notifications the day before your plan date starts to help set you up for success.
On your start date, you’ll get another email from us. Save this one because it’ll have a lot of important information, including your new member ID. You use this ID to log into your member portal through the Health Wallet App.
Your Health Wallet app is the one-stop shop for information about your plan. Here’s where you’ll find your digital ID cards, plan information, and 24/7 customer support. Your family members aged 18-26 can get their own Health Wallets, too.

Once you have the Health Wallet App, you can begin to use your benefits with your virtual card. Physical member cards will be mailed to you at the beginning of your plan month, and should arrive within 3 weeks of your plan starting.
Once you have your Health Wallet App set up, it’s time to start using your incredible benefits.
If you need a major procedure or a visit to the hospital or ER, you’ll need to open a need request and submit your bills to Clearshare. Want some help? Clearshare’s Care Coordination can help you navigate these services.
Care Coordination is a dedicated, white glove resource that helps you find high-quality, fair priced providers for the treatment and services you need. It’s unlike anything else you’ve used before. Most importantly, it can help you get the care you need for as little as $0.
With Care Coordination, we do the research and legwork to find you specialists and services like labs and imaging, saving you valuable time.
But Care Coordination saves not just time. If you use one of the providers we recommend, your out of pocket costs are waived, and you’ll get your care for free. That’s right. Your care will be completely free if you use a provider that we identify for you.

As you transition to your new health coverage, don’t forget about any prescription medication you take. Make sure to give your pharmacy your new coverage information.

Another great benefit with your healthcare plan is unlimited access to telemedicine care through our partner, Lyric. With Lyric, you can access doctors 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It’s a safe, convenient option that’s there for you whenever you need it.
Your plan includes unlimited $0 cost for virtual primary and urgent care visits.
Getting started with Lyric is easy. Just log into the Health Wallet app on your phone, and tap on the Telemedicine option. This takes you to the Lyric Member Dashboard, where you can schedule a call with a doctor by phone or video — whatever’s best for you. You can message doctors from your dashboard, update your information and more.
Want to add family members? No problem. Primary members, spouses and dependents aged 18-26 can access their own unique Lyric accounts through their own Health Wallets. You can add your child dependents to your own Lyric account through the account settings.

With Talkspace, you’ll be matched with a recommended, licensed provider based on your preferences. You can get support day and night. Work with the same therapist in ongoing sessions or switch providers to find the perfect fit.
