You have successfully completed Step 1 of your enrollment process. Step 2 is that Sales will send you a SureBridge proposal if you have not already completed it. This proposal takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Once both the SureBridge proposal and enrollment form have been submitted, you will receive a welcome email from Planstin, indicating that your enrollment has been fully processed.
Please note that your total plan price from the enrollment form is an estimate that includes the approximate SureBridge portion of the plan. You will receive your actual SureBridge portion price on the proposal sent by Sales.
